This place has Hershey's Ice Cream...enough said! Love the service here and the quality of the ice cream, both the hard and soft serve stuff. The staff are very attentive and positive toward orders and questions you may have. Good ice cream shop!

This place is absolutely awesome...We will definitely be re-visiting while we are in oc. Might I recommend the Carmel pecan delight! Oh my goodness I know I will pay later but then again I am on vacation and who cares we're here to have fun. The staff we're very professional and very helpful. There is a lot to choose from the menu and the price is reasonable. If you are in oc I would highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed. We drove 7 miles....

Fantastic ice cream, speedy service. Great custom flavor. Only thing keeping this from 5 stars is that I asked for "A" shake and the guy made 2 identical shakes, then charged me for 2. I didn't feel like creating a scene, so I accepted it and paid my bill. In the future, I will be sure to say "ONE" shake instead of "A" shake.

Cool new (at least since the last time I was in Ocean City last year) ice cream place! The birthday cake ice cream was on point. Plus, they had Snow Caps as a topping, which I rarely see and definitely appreciate it. Super friendly staff too.

I have mixed feelings here - the staff was nice - but it really wasn't good ice cream. sprinkles were ridiculously sparse. i mean ridiculous. the staff was great though because when my daughters cone dropped they did replace it... so i have good feelings about that!

If you don't want or couldn't handle the many elaborate ice cream concoctions with syrups, triple chocolate this and thats, and other over the top sugary junk, there are not many ice cream flavors for a nice simple cup or cone. And I've had way better. Nothing special here at all. If I had any of the other choices, I'd be sick! Really? Who eats a $30. dish of 8 scoops, 2 whole bananas + gobs of other stuff??? I will not go back. Really, really good ice cream doesn't need to be hidden under a bunch of high calorie junk.

Great place that offers all sorts of frozen treats! Ice cream, soft serve, shaved ice, shakes, and tons of special combos and sundaes. It's clean, service is friendly and fast, and the ice cream is yummy.

You will be surprised to find amazing homemade ice cream sandwiches or special shakes like the Boston, NJ or Baltimore ... they are creative and delicious! A Boston Shake is chocolate shake on top of a hot fudge sundae in a large cup with a big straw and spoon. We love it and you can miss it or the line outside by the gorilla. Our all time favorite is the King Krunch ... it's soft serve ice-cream, oreo, hot fudge, brownie with whip cream! The homemade caramel sauce is unbelievable! We love it and couldn't make a trip to OC without a visit!

This ice cream shop is our favorite ice cream in all the Delaware and Maryland Beaches! Friendly staff and owners, delicious ice cream with many different choices. Love the Gorilla Sauce- just bought some to take home!! A must try if you are in Ocean City.

So my hubby & 3 little kids first went Justine's Ice Cream Parlour, which was closed on a Saturday afternoon! Crazy! Who does that?! Found King Kone on yelp & was NOT disappointed. We got a chance to chat with the owner as well who was very nice. And me, being a baker, had to buy the homemade caramel sauce :) We like supporting local businesses if they have good products. This one def does! For the record, we got a chocolate shake, cotton candy ice cream, butter pecan, & Karmel Krunch. All great! Btw, we've also tasted fresh homemade ice cream at our local dairy farm & those who think DQ is better than King Kone clearly don't have any clue regarding ice cream.

Great spot for some desert for the kids. Kids cones are about $2 which is great. My wife and I got one of their signature sundaes, and we weren't too impressed by it. It will still be a spot to stop for desert for the kids after some pizza at Ponzettis. Service was good.

Always a favorite, they just introduced a spicy chocolate sauce this year that has a nice kick to it I don't always eat dairy, but when I do, I prefer King Kone

This little ice cream shop is the best! Try the Gorilla challenge if you think your stomach can handle 8 scoops of ice cream, 8 scoops of toppings, 2 bananas, 1/4 can of whip cream and 4 cherries! Don't skip the homemade ice cream sandwiches made on fresh sugar cookies! They are amazing!

Only ordered ice cream cones: one hard coconut chocolate almond and a soft serve twist. My husband threw it away in the trash can outside the door. It was not good. WITH THAT BEING SAID, we come from a place that has a lot of little ma n pa homemade ice cream joints and they are great, so that is our comparison of course. I'd like to try some other places while here but not sure I have enough time. We agreed that even Dairy Queen is better than King Kone.

Best place to get ice cream in Ocean City. Friendly staff and a ton of unique choices. There is also free parking in the lot if you're eating there so you don't have to mess with finding some and walking long distances. Get something with the salted caramel and you won't regret it!

Get the Boston Shake, it's pretty unique and delicious. The service is fast and they have enough unique stuff to make it interesting.

This is a great classic ice cream place at the northern end of OCM near Delaware border. They have a sundae for everyone-I like the one with caramel, fudge, walnut and marshmallow sauce. Prices are good and they have a gorilla sundae that if you eat the whole thing you get it for free and your name on the wall of honor.

When in Ocean City King Kone is the place to go for ice cream. I'm sure some of you are saying, "What about Dumsers?" Good question. What is your criteria? Price? King Kone. Service? King Kone by a mile with quick, attentive and friendly service. Ice Cream? Both are good. King Kone uses Hershey's ice cream. If you like it, then you'll love King Kone. Menu variety? King Kone has ice cream, lots of different milk shakes, sundaes, cone options and snow cones, including snow cones with ice cream (try it - you'll like it). As a former regular Dumsers for ice cream family we're now completely sold on King Kone.
